Why Do We Offer Support After-Hours

We understand that many of our clients rely on their satellite communications service on a daily basis. So we’ve decided to provide after-hour customer support for urgent matters outside of our regular business hours.

Support Process:

  • If you are experiencing a truly urgent matter and require support outside of our regular live business hours, please call our main phone number: 604-290-5938
  • If you happen to reach our after-hour voicemail please LEAVE A MESSAGE —we will call you back as soon as possible.
  • Voicemail messages should contain the following information:
    • Your name.
    • You phone number.
    • The nature of your situation.

Support Policy:

  • Our after-hour support policy is designed to provide additional value to our clients when they truly need urgent assistance outside of our normal business hours.
  • Questions about your airtime bill, order information, shipping times, etc, are generally not considered urgent.
  • We cannot provide after-hour support for satellite hardware issues because we are unable to process repairs or ship new hardware outside of regular business hours.
