Return and Exchange Policy
We’re Committed to Your Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our primary concern and we go the extra mile to make sure you’ll be happy.
Every product that we sell online is brand new and every shipment is personally inspected to ensure it is correct “as ordered” — we do this to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We know that sometimes it’s necessary to return an item. If you need to return something you purchased from us, you may do so within seven (7) days of having received it. To arrange a return, please contact us.
Any items being returned must meet the following conditions:
- All products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- There must be no markings or damage, (etc.) on the products and packaging.
- Please allow a minimum of five to ten business days for processing your refund.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee of the total value of the sale. This will be deducted from your refund.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In order to return an item you need to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from us. Returned items will not be accepted without an RMA number.
- To request an RMA number, contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the purchase receipt of the item.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
- We recommend you ship via an insured shipping service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Prepaid satellite airtime plan costs and activation charges.
- Monthly or annual satellite airtime plan costs and activation charges.
- Airtime usage charges/fees for any and all prepaid, monthly and annual plans.
- Special-order, or made-to-order products and accessories.
- Items that do not meet the requirements as stated in the “Return Conditions” section.
Once you receive your order, you have seven (7) days to confirm that the order is correct and that any/all equipment is working properly.
